Valley Oak Villas was a duplex-community in southern California that had been recently renovated by the seller. The seller’s goal was to play up the image of the units to appeal to a more discriminating investor. Beautiful photography combined with some visually stunning printing techniques produced a brochure that helped sell the units based on appearance and value.
